In Word v.X, is there no way to have "tracked changes" and "inserted
comments" show up as balloons to the right of my text (the way they do in
Word 2004)?

I would like to insert the name of the chapter in the header. Each chapter is formatted as style "Heading 1." I've inserted that in headers in the past, but not with Word 2008. Does it not do it?
