While removing some files from the Work Menu, I seem to have erased the command Add to Work Menu. Is there any easy way of reinstating the command?

What efforts are being done to fix MS Word 2008 so the section numbers appear at the bottom of the page as they did in the pre 2008 version?

I no longer have any options to 'save' or 'save as' in the drop-down File menu. All I can do is Apple 'S' but this just saves over the top of each article.
