For some strange reason, Word is inserting a page break every place I want to put a comment. I can't get it to stop. Why might this be? Does anyone else have this problem?

How do I remove page numbers? I know how to insert them but not delete them. I've accidentally inserted them on the top and bottom of each page so they appear twice.

Missing "Tools/Spelling and Grammar" menu. It is not there on Word 2004
(Mac OS X 10..5.4). Besides, "Option Command L" wich I used to invoke
