toolbox does not open. I can't get it to open from the menu bar or from the drop down view menu. It worked when I first loaded Office, now in the last week it has stopped working. how do I get it back?

Is there any view in track changes that allows you to see both the deletions and the additions in the body of the text? Kind of a combination of the Final Showing Markup and Original Showing Markup Views.
