I have a Mac Word 2008 document saved as a 97-2004 .doc file but when users on Windows open the file in either Word 2000 or Word 2003 the document shows a black background and jumbled text. Office 2007 users experience no problem.

put all the information into the citation box and i double clicked it to insert it and it just puts the last name of the Author in Parentheses i need the Whole thing first last publisher ect. in the MLA format how can i get it to do the full thing??
