If I have a document open in Draft view or Print Layout and I decide to go to Publishing Layout View I get a dialogue: "Would you like to create a new document in Publishing Layout View?" I can "Create New" or "Continue".

In Office 2007 Word (PC) one can change a documents' margins by dragging in the equivalent of a preview mode. Is there an equivalent in Office for Mac 2008? Changing in print settings is no where near as flexible.
