I haven't received my upgrade to 2008 via the Big Friday Deal or whatever it was called. Nor was I ever advised that my info and required submissions were received. I can't seem to get an answer from MS, either. Anyone out there have a suggestion? Thanks for any input.

I have been using the Flesch Reading Ease analysis for some time in Word 2004, but it doesn't seem to work in Word 2008. It rates one of my papers at 47.8 in Word 2004, and 100 in Word 2008. Any idea if I'm doing something wrong? Thanks!
