The language option has disappeared from the "tools" menu and I can't change the language. Help!

i've just installed the new office 2008 version. when I type in letters in a word document, or when I work on an Excel sheet, the program reacts only a few seconds later! this is crazy as it takes ages to write a simple sentence. creating graphs or anything doesn't work at all ...

I am mail merging from a FileMaker Pro 9 DB. When the text is merged into the document it appears to have overridden the formatting of the text fields. Any way to stop this?

I just installed Microsoft office 2008 on my macbook. When asking it to open a new blank document, a copy of my resume comes up every time. Anybody know why? I really would like my new documents to be blank...instead of having to erase my resume each time.

Where is the command for Bullets and numbering in a word document?

I am trying to print onto T-shirt transfers and cannot figure out how to "flip" my lettering in Word. I have looked in the Print options and even attempted text boxes. Please help.

Microsoft Word is stuck in English (US), whereas I need English (UK).
How do I change this?

I am using Word for Mac, 2004 (v 11.2) and whenever I open help (I use
the menu on the toolbar) I am unable to close it. It is anchored in
place so I can't move it out of the way. I have tried the escape key,
