When i try to print an envelope to my HP 1012 I get instead the message unsupported personality. What does that mean and what do i do about it? Thanks very much.

I am trying to add boxes in front of a line of text. However, the box does not align. I have tried changing the text wrap to in line with text but it will not allow me to change that.
