Numbered lists seem to take on a life and format of there own. Is there a way to edit an existing document and make numbered lists have a consistent format throughout the document?

I'm having an issue with Track Changes....I don't want to see them at all. Every document I open that has used track changes always opens with them on, never in the final look. I don't want to send a client something that will open with all that on.

When I get a Power Point attachment I can't open it just by double clicking. It freezes and I have to restart my laptop. However, if I save it to my desktop and then open Power Point and from there open the file, then it is ok. Any ideas how to avoid it freezing?
