I can't figure out how to increase the display size in word. It used to be as simple as increasing the percentage but that is no longer there. Any help would be appreciated.

I have created a custom tool bar in windows 2003 that holds the styles and
headings that I am using.  It appears when I open it but if a work mate opens
the document they can access the styles / headings but cant access the custom

Every time I create a new document the "Normal" style always has the paragraph setting of "after spacing" set to 10pt. I want to change this "default" number to 0 so every time I create a new document the "after spacing" is set to 0pt.
How do I make that change?
