How do you resize it to show more rows without stretching the contents like a picture.

When I updated Word from 2004 to 2008 my document prints out with tiny font and huge margins. When I printed with Word 2004 I did not have this problem. How do I reformat my document in Word 2008 to match the format size of 2004? I've reentered the exact font and type size, but ...

When I apply a theme to a MS Word 2008-document, the theme doesn't apply to the fonts of the headings. What could be wrong?
I would expect the themes to be able to change the layout of the document completely, in a way similar to what I see in Word 2007 (Windows).

I am on a mac - Word X - (2001?)
Whether I save an image of 300 dpi (created in illustrator) as a jpg, png,
tif, bmp, pdf, or wmf - when the image is placed in word it looks fuzzy
on-screen and when printed.
