In 2004 some kind soul had given me a macro to make the ³Arrange All² command do something actually helpful and give me two side-by-side document windows. It¹s the equivalent of the ³arrange vertically² option that Excel (I hope still!) gives you.

I am using single line spacing, but when I push the return key it skips two lines like it is creating a new paragraph and not simply moving to the next line.

I am doing a mail merge to print a few thousand labels. Is there a way for me to tell the document to SKIP blank fields? For example, if there is no Address Line 2, I don't want a blank line in the merge - I want the City, State & Zip line to move UP.
