When im working in word it suddenly doesn´t answer. When I try to restart ii everything works fine for a while but just for a couple of minutes.

Just about every time I want to do a Find/Replace I want it to be Current Document All. Is there a way to make Word default to that preference? It seems to decide all by itself that I should be wanting Current Document Down every so often, and I practically never want that.

Hi, Im just finishing off my PhD and need to make a table of contents. All of my chapters are different documents. Is there a way I can create a table of content for several documents or do I need to merge all of the documents into one big one?

I need to reduce the size of a two-page Word document to less than 200KB. There are no images or special formats, but the document is ~350KB. I believe that my normal template has exploded in size (almost 600KB); will reducing this help me? How do I do this? Thanks, Ross

Is there any way to get the citation tool to recognize that you used the same source before and then insert Ibid. or Ibid. Pg.#? Or to use Author, Title pg# after you've entered the full citation once? Or does this all have to be done by hand?
