Every year I ask his question - I must remember to keep the answer. The instruction to remove an item from the "Work" menu in Word is the same as the Mac keyboard shortcut to zoom out - consequently it doesn't work. So how do you remove an item from 'Work'?

When I open a document and click save I get the save dialog box. And I click save and it asks if I want to replace the existing file with that name. I hit replace and it says I cannot replace an open document. How am I supposed to save my document if I can't replace it
