This mat be "old hat" to some of you, but I can't find -- anywhere in the help files for Word (Mac Office 2001) -- a solution for this. I'm trying to take two separate Mac Word 2001 docs (that have all the copy in text BOXES) and combine them into a single two-page document.

When I want to copy the entire thing from the web (I highlighted text including photos and graphics) then using copy and pasting it in WORD, only the texts are pasted but the photos and graphics are not. What setting should I change? Thank you!

Hi, I'm having a trouble with MS Word for Mac: 2004. Every time I go to open a Read-only document, when I click "read-only" it only opens a blank document instead of the actual file. I know that the files are not corrupt because they will open on other computers. I am running Leopard

I have just noticed that I am unable to start Word 2004 from scratch i.e. open word and then select a template. When I do so the application crashes each time. Excel and Powerpoint are fine as is opening an existing file and then creating a new file via File|New. It only

From time to time, on opening a file or starting a new document, I'll get a normal looking window with a small window embedded in the upper left corner. The embedded window has scroll bars, but can't be re- sized.

Word 2004 doesn't allow me to Add words to the custom dictionary. I opened custom dictionary, removed a word, and saved it to custom dictionary.txt. It is saved as Western Mac (Roman). The language preference under tools is English US (although some of my documents may be in English

According to Word Help, I should be able to superimpose two characters, say O and -, by typing \o(O,-), but it doesn't happen. Can someone help?
