I'm wondering if anyone knows a way to insert bullets without using my
mouse.  Word has shortcuts for "bold" and "italic", shouldn't it have
one for bullets?  I know I'm being lazy, but isn't everyone these
days?

I have a word 2004 document and I chose insert, object, spreadsheet.
It opens a up a blank spreadsheet and I put in various rows and
columns of data. How do I select what rows and columns I want to show
in the word document so that when I go back into the document only

When I go to print a document, it changes size - that is, it is a full
page until I go print it and then it prints a 3/4 page.  everything
shrinks down.  How do i fix this?   It looks like it is review mode
but it isn't.

I have my custom word addin .My SmartTag works fine when its diabled but when
it is Enabled, the custom smarttag doesn recognise my words. Also when i load
word with my word addin on, then the existing document thought has smart tag
recognising words in it ,doesnot get recognised ...

I have set the tabs to 0.5" but it keeps changing, every time I hit
tab, to 0.75".  Then when I reset it, it will only do the .5 once
before I have to reset it again.  I go into format, then to paragraph
then to tab.

If I enable 'All Word Documents'  it greys out all the non-word docs,
but still includes them in the list.
This is annoying, since I organise my folders on a per project basis,
so each folder might contain quite a selection of stuff.  This is not

When I format a word I select like applying bold or underline, it applies
this formatting to the whole document and I need to "command Z" in order to
correct this.

I have had MS Office 97 Professional Edition installed on my current pc
(which has a Vista OS) for the last 9 months. However, I can no longer print
Word documents.  I have tested my printer and that still prints ok on any
other type of document. I can also still print Word docs ...

how come I have the writing "vivaldi" on my laptop but not on my other pc?
is it possible to get it on both ?

I need to print envelopes that are 9.5 wide by 6 high in word using an
excel imported list.  My printer will only take 9 in wide and I don't
know how to turn the template so it feeds in the long way and prints
properly.

I am using data merge to print labels off address information in an
