Hello - looking for the notebook layout in my office - word - v. x ..
is it an add on.. couldnt find it on disk either..

I cannot select the Drawing toolbar on my Mac Office Word program; it is not
highlighted in the available toolbar list and when I attempt to select it
Word hangs up and I have to resort to Force Quit. Is  there a work around to
resolve this?

I do not know what caused my WORD to become nonfunctionall late yesterday
afternoon.  I performed usual functions in a few docs, and later when
attempting to open the same doc I had previously edited, I got a rainbow

The 'Page Number' option is missing from my Insert menu on my Mac Office Word
program how can I resolve this?

I have been able to make a picture (jpg) background transparent (on white
paper) for years with Windows Word.  I'm now using Mac Word (2004) and I
can't get it to work.  The Formatting Palette has in the Picture section a
Transparent Color icon, but it is grayed or inoperative.  ...

I have on my computer several .doc files with audio (saved on a Mac as
notebook files). As you probably know, there is no way to read/listen to
these files on Word Windows. Does anybody know how I could convert (or open
in Windows) these audio files?

how do you undo the paragraph format. the one that shows were you spaced and

I'm using MS Word 2004 for Mac on an Intel Macbook running Leopard (OS
10.5.1). I can't get Word to remember my user options or preferences
(not sure which is the right term). I turn off spelling and grammar

I installed the Equation Editor on my mac and some of the characters
are not working correctly.  For instance when I try to add a "hat"
symbol over a character, it comes out looking like a square root
symbol.  A couple others are strange too.

It happened that when updating the operating system to Leopard, the
Word (11.3.8) forgot about the accentuated "o" that exists in

Running office 2004 on a powerbook G4 1.67 with 10.4.11 and have been
unable to open any Word docs since about 11/1/07.  I can open excel
and ppt ok.  On 11/18/07 I updated my machine with both .8 and .9 from

I transferred my Word X app via Migration Assistant  from Tiger on my
Mac laptop to Leopard on my new iMac 24". The only problem is that my
macros did not transfer. What file contains the macros compiled in
Word X? If I can locate the file I hope to transfer the macros
