In Word 2007, how can I link a heading from a list to the actual text found
later in the same documnt?

Though I can create a pdf file using the Convert to Adobe .pdf Toolbar
in Word for Mac 2004, the resulting pdf does not have the bookmark and
TOC links in the original Word file.  The things I've read online
concern either the PC version or Adobe versions earlier than 8.1.

is there a special way to close the help screen in word, once i access it.
I don't see any keys to close it.

I have a word file that wont attach to an e mail. Never seen this before in
8 years of e mailing.
It has read write permissions, nothing is locked. I don't get it.

I have a Word document that has images in it and when I print to colour the
images come out perfect.
However when I PDF the document on the screen the pictures have gone a
little blurry and when I print it through PDF they come out blurry.

I have entered footnotes to a document (Word 2003). For some reason there is
a 4 line gap before the group of footnotes on every page. Even pages with no
footnotes have lost this large space on the page.

When I choose Avery labels #8161 (4" long), word gives me the option
of printing the delivery barcode.  If I choose the 8160 (2.63" long),
