Have had new iMac and Office for Mac for about two weeks. Word for Mac
working fine until today. Now will not open existing docs. Spinning
color pinwheel of doom. Have to force quit. Can create new doc, but
can't title and file it. Same pinwheel and force quit needed. Help!

Having recently upgraded to Word 2004 I have run into a weirdness I

This is also a problem happening in Excel.
at work I created a Word Document (Word 2003) that I sent by mail to
both my yahoo and mac account. When I open the document, garbage
appears that I can not understand instead of the file.

A bug in word 2004  is that an excel spreadsheet in the document has a
limit of 5 columns and a limit on the number of rows.  Is there any
workaround on this limit?  I need to use active spreadsheets in word
documents-  there is no such limit in the windows version.  Help is
