Am I missing something? Or is this a bug? When I print my Key Assignments in Word 2007, the list does not include any macro names. It either just lists the shortcut key with no other info, or it lists "Macro recorded [date] by [name]" when it was a recorded macro as opposed to ...

I have Office X student/teacher edition and I opened a document someone sent me in word and accidently chose to have the new normal template installed. I cannot open any word documents at all. However, I can create new ones. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
