I am using Word 2002. I have no problem creating the mail merge but I need
to save the result as individual files using a column in the data source

I am having problems with printing. When I click on the print
shortcut, or go to File then Print, Word doesn't allow me to specify
the number of pages, copies, etc. It just goes straight to printing,
which makes it a hassle if I'm trying to print ten copies of a

Help! All of a sudden I'm getting an error response when I try to open
Word. The only thing I've downloaded since yesterday (the last time I
used the App) was Acrobat 8. What's going on?

write.  For some perplexing reason the 'title' property field refuses to

When working on a document the cursor takes the "wristwatch" form, a
much harder shape to work with that the typical pointer. Why does this

Somehow I created Word templates when I wanted a vanilla document. Whenever
I create a new document as a modification of this, I get another template
even though I select Word Document from the Options menu in the save window.
Microsoft Help is useless. Ot os even difficult to find ...

I am working with John McGhie's CreateATemplate manual.  Problem is the
border options spacing keep changing and cannot lock to the settings
recommended by John.
I also cannot figure out page 14 on the page format settings using the

I create a page 1 and page 2 template for my stationery.  It consists
of a Header and a footer and a watermark.
When I open it as a template I can edit the header and footer.  I
would like this not to edittable.

Appling bold changes all styles...new (strange) behavior12 Aug 2007 23:35 GMT2
In a MS Work 2003 document if I select a paragraph and modify
formatting (bold, italics, etc) then it is automatically applied to
every other similar paragraph in the document.  I think this is
applying the format to tha style but not sure.
