Please tell me how to lock the size of a template in Word so that it still
can be manipulate inside to change the text and add or delete a single
photo. Can this be done?

Not sure how this happened, and more importantly I can't figure out
how to get rid of it. All of a sudden I have a grid background on some
- but not all - of my doc files. It's not a table, and not affected by

with no problems, and they work fine on a PC too. However, I have a
large word file that I work on mainly on a PC but when I work on it on

I am using Word 2004 for Mac to create a large file for a book. I need to
wind up with one pdf file. However, when I go to the print command and save
it as a pdf, instead of giving me one file, it breaks it up into five parts.

When sending a Word documtne to PC users from my Mac, some cannot open
the attachement, getting a MIME warning. Some can open. Is it a Word

I am facing a problem with a particular Word Doc of mine. It was
