Is there a way to save a doc file as a PDF and the Headers (header styles not header as in header/footer) get saved as PDF bookmarks? Acrobat 8 can't do it, but I know Office 2007 for PCs can. Maybe a third party solution for Office 2004 for Mac? Maybe 2008 will have
