We have two users to the same machine. For one user (administrator) field codes work fine, but if the other user tries to insert autotext (filename and path) all that's displayed are the field codes. Toggle field codes switches between curly brackets etc or filename/p between ...

I want to save a Template, so I choose Document Template. Wen I open the template to edit is, then hit choose File > Save (or Command S) the file gets saved over the template. Not good. Templates should open as Untitled and force the user to Save under a new name.

A friend out mine just switched from a PC to an new powerbook. She has switched over to Office 2004 and is using Mac Word 11.3 I can email from word as an attachment but she cannot. The button is greyed out whereas mine works fine.

Mac OSX uses F12 as the Widget - When I assign F13 to the 'FILESAVEAS' command in customize keyboard, it works fine until we quit Word. Then F12 is set again as the default. We are sure that we are saving and assigning F13 each time. Is there any help for this symptom?

For the past month, many of my new Word (2004 v11.3) docs have this odd bracket that appears around text at different times. It looks fairly similar to the classic ] and [ brackets. I certainly didn't type them in, and they can't be selected, deleted, copied, or printed.
