My daughter is using Word 2004, v 11.2 for Mac. Writing a long paper. She's finding some repetition of words at the ends of some pages and the beginnings of the next pages. If she tries to erase one set, both disappear. They duplicate both on the screen and in print.

I seem to have lost my Spell Checker in Microsoft Word 2004, running Mac OS X (10.4.8). I can't say when it happened, but it's gone! I seem to have the spelling dictionaries in my Proofing Tools folder, but that's not the answer, it seems. Thanks much! Tim

I just upgraded to office 2003. When I went to a Word document with a list of hyperlinks and clicked on one (ctrl + mouse) I got the message that I didn't have the authority to do this. In fact, none of my hyperlinks work now. I am the administrator and I haven't changed anything ...

I do not have any page number options. I have followed the Help recommendations and went to Word Options to see if the Building Blocks.dotx was disabled, but it was not. Any suggestions?

When I used office for windows, it had a really useful resume wizard. Does this exist in MS Word: Mac? If so, where can I find it? If not, is there any other program that has something similar? Thanks!

I am on Office 2004. OSX. I want to turn off autoformat, in fact, I would like to disable it. I have turned off all the buttons in auto- correct, auto text, autocorrect/autoformat you name it, they are all off. I have disabled Click and Type and I have gone to Preferences

I'm trying to make an index by selecting word, say "example", and pressing SHIFT-ALT-X, and then pressing "Mark All". But somehow not EVERY "example" is marked. (Btw, I know "Example" is not the same as "example" etc.)

At times when I use MS Word 2004 on my MacBook the CPU usage shoots up to 100% (even without other programs open) and then the hard drive gets really loud. I'm not sure what causes it, or how to stop it (other than quitting Word, then it restarts as soon as I reopen
