Hello, All.
I am having some trouble opening up Word. It was working okay until I
loaded some fonts to FontBook. Okay, now I removed all my fonts but I
still get this error message about corrupt fonts I have on my computer.

I've  repaired disk permission & removed from preference folder the
file, com.microsoft.Word.plist, the folder, Microsoft, and the normal
template several times. I've even use the unistall program to delete
Office and reinstalled Office from my CD twice.

I use 3 OTF fonts throughout several documents and they don¹t show up in
MSWord, what¹s up with this?

I change the default language in Word quite often, and also use
Spellcheck in languages other than the default language.
Recently, there has been no Language option under the Tools menu.
How can I access Language tools and reconstitute the Tools menu?

I'm using Office v.X with OS 10.4.8.
I was about to apply the recent Microsoft Update to my Office v.X but I
recall reading somewhere that some (not sure if many or limited) users
experienced problems with this Update.

Has anyone noticed that after updating Mac Word-2004 with the new 11.3
(061213) updater, one can no longer insert Field Codes? Ouch!  "Field
Code" no longer appears in the Insert menu!

When I insert a jpg file into WORD it appears black.
If I open the jpg with preview, select it, copy it and paste it into
Word it is fine.

It seems MS in in glorious decision making has Took out the IE HTML
rendering engine out of the latest version of "Outlook" and put in its
place the Word2007 HTML engine.

I need help.  Is there a way to delete recent items in the project

I have a document that has come from a PC to a Mac - all in word (2K on PC
and 2004 on Mac (v. 11.3 (0611213).  I have done this thousands of times
before and NEVER (OK rarely in 22 years) encountered a Word issue I can't
solve myself.
