I have created a data merge using the catalogue form but when i merge
the records from file maker, some are in uppercase, lower case or just
the wrong case because that is how they have been entered in the
database.  does anyone know how to format the fields so that everything

I dragged in a Photoshop logo and it prints out fine on ink jet, but blurry
on laser, and I really prefer using laser. Any ideas on this? Thanks!

I have a style called "Body Text".
When I have italicised the font I use in Body Text, I can highlight
that text and the style taskpane shows the style as "Body Text +
Italic". I can then select all text in the document with that style.

When I attempt to insert a symbol, intead of the symbol I get a small
box inserted and not the letter I wanted.  This occur with all the
symbols.  What am I missing??

That is exactely what happens. Whenever I write a word with a capital letter, as in "the Earth" or " the discipline of Phisics", the word is automatically underlined with a line of purple points.
Then I must be extremely cautious not to pass the cursor over this word again. ...

I seem to remember that Word 2004 was a change for the worse from Word 2001,
when it came to Save As behavior.  Save As in Word 2004 defaulted the saving
location to the active folder, while in Word 2001 Save As had used the same

I am using Word 2004 version 11.2 and for the life of me I can't figure
out how to pick a specific folder to save a file to.
When I choose file - save as, the dialog box opens.  When I click on
the drop down box for Location, I receive a number of options: standard

I am a new iMac (duo) user. In a PC when you maximize a word document,
you get the full screen. In a Mac, you only get half or less. I tried
adjusting it via the bottom right corner of teh document but still no
full screen.
