When I click "change all" in spell check, only one word is corrected.
Is there anything I can do to fix this very annoying problem. I've been
using Find and Replace, but that quiet a bit more work. The "Change
All" button in Word Spellcheck is supposed to do this job!

Is there a way to increase the number of recent files that can be selected
from the file menu. I have a screen that could handle 20 of them.

Now and then, large square brackets appear around a sentence or group of
words in MS Word. They only show on screen and don't print, but I find
them annoying as they are black, not grey like most formatting
characters.

Is it possible for a new style to be based on two others?
In particular, I'd like footnotes and certain table and list styles to
be based on a body text style I have defined (following advice in Bend
Word to your Will). However, if the style is "based on" the body text

Im switching Mac's soon and I was wondering if this was possible ?  And

I have been doing great with Entourage 2004 for months. In the last few
days I cannot always open Entourage. The icon on the doc bounces but I
cannot open it.  Sometimes it works to restart the computer.   I ran

A thread was started some time ago regarding Word 2004 for Mac
crashing when it saved a document which uses certain Open Type fonts,
when the computer is a MacIntel. I am now having the same problem,
having made the switch recently to a MacBook Pro. I am first wondering

I placed a series of lines in a document I'm working on by typing three
stars for Word to automatically format them.  The lines look like a
series of dots.  The problem is that now I cannot delete the lines no
matter what I do - they just move around.  Any ideas?

I'm working on a long document that had a lot of section breaks in it.
I removed them (in Normal mode), but they are still active. I want the
document to be a seamless one section. How do I get rid of the breaks

I was working on a document, and the Imac G5 Word program froze. Is
there any way I can get the text back once I restart the computer? The
same way PCs have some sort of autosave and  a PC retains the last
version of a file if the power goes. The text was very important to me.

Just finished installing the Office:Mac 2004 software and so far am
very happy to report no issues with the upgrade from Office X.
My question is in regard to the numerous non-english dictionary,
spelling, thesaurus and hypenation files located in the proofing tools

Been having bad time with MSWord... freezing/ hanging-up ("not
responding"). Identified the problem (I think) as a bad font, although
I validated it number of times, found nothing to indicate problem.
Every time I try to save doc that uses that font...the hang-up hits.
