Dear People,
A client of mine owns a MAC. The OS is MAC OS X with Word X.  when she
goes to a sharepoint site and trief to modify or edit the document she
gets the following error:

Is there a way to set the default for the formatting palette so that,
whenever I open Word, the palette appears fully expanded? I'm tired of

When I copy and paste from a pdf document into Mac Word, it changes the
document template, so that, for example, it switches the language to
English (US) from English (UK).  I purposefully  have the Automatically
Update Document Styles box unchecked  to avoid this kind of thing, but

I'm working on several new templates for my company.  We want to set up
the documents so that people can edit certain parts of the document,
