I am having a problem when I import a graphic file it wants to stay in stationary location at the top of the document. No matter if I click the graphic and attempt to drag it to another location it will go right back to the original location on its own. Why do I need to try now?

I was wondering if anyone knew what kind of algorhithm was used for file encryption by MS Word 2004 for Mac? How strong is it really? Also, does Mac Office 2004 create readable cached files of encrypted file that are recoverable from the hard drive?

Is there a way to set the default for the formatting palette so that, whenever I open Word, the palette appears fully expanded? I'm tired of clicking the little arrows to expand each of the palette's four or five separate panels. Thanks.
