I've recently installed Microsoft Office 2004 (SP2) and upgraded to the latest edition 11.2. Upon hitting command-p to print, I cannot preview the document, save as pdf, or use any of the additional tools. I can print. This doesn't appear to be specific to any particular printers

I found several old threads about this, but none resolved my issue, so I decided to surface the topic afresh and see if anyone has any new thoughts on the matter... This is the first time I've used section breaks in a document and possibly the last. :)

I' created some months ago a text document (Ofice Word 2003) in which the header and footer uses a table to make a more custom layout. When I finished the document I created the TOC without any problem. Today I've added one chapter to this doc and tried to generate the TOC again
