I use Word 2004 on my Mac with OS 10.4.5.  I have updated Word to
11.2.3 as well.  I use Slovak keyboard for my input and whenever in
Word I switch to the Slovak keyboard I can ONLY type in Times New
Roman, 12 point.  I even have switched my template (and font in it).

Whenever I type or paste text into certain areas of a document, the text
appears all capitalized.
1. How do I change this setting?
2. How do I designate an area of text and change it from all caps to

I have Word 2003 and I try to use Speech Recognition in dictation
When I click Tools , Training to make train profile, it does not do anything
Please help me to train my profile for doing dictation

Mac OSX 10.3.9 using MSOffice 2004 11.2.3 - Word
Document corruption - "Encounter file corruption while opening *.doc.
Asked if I want to fix/restore - said Yes" - doesn't do anything and
crashes Word again - try to open another document - same thing.

I've already searched the group for help on this, but not found any
answer.  Starting a few days ago, when I click on "Save as," the dialog
box pops open and moves itself and the document window underneath the
toolbars.  This creates a problem, since I can't see the document name

I was wondering how I produce the final Word document incorporating all the
changes inserted by different people without all the changes showing up.
I¹ve emailed what I thought was the final document and discovered that the
recipient can still see all the old changes just by turning ...

I am using a ibook with Tiger.
Everytime in Word98 I elect the Letter wizard I receive a "RunTime error
5981" visual basic error message. No other wizard I have tested gives me
this messsage. Does anyone else receive this error?

Having difficulty inserting/Object/Math Type Equation. Can use insert inline
equation using MathType menu.
However, I need to insert equation as Object.
Error message: The server application, source file or item cannopt be found.

Hi gang.
I'm trying to insert a picture into a word doc with pre defined borders
( such as a shape i insert).  In other words, can I put a picture in a
word document that is bordered and will be movable and resizable?

Hi there. I'm not really sure how to word this question: Is it possible
to have two sets of bullets in the same line? Kind of like having a
second level of bullets, only having the first line of the second set
start on the first line also.

I just noticed my tabs option no longer appears in the format menu.  I
tried Customize/reset but it still doesn't appear.  Any suggestions?

When I open Word 2004 (11.2) I get a window that says "(name of font)
is corrupt and should be removed". In order to finally open Word I have
to say "Yes". I get this window for almost all of the fonts (including
some system fonts) on my computer! I have run most of these fonts

With Track Changes on and deletions hidden, Find finds deleted words,
which of course are not displayed. This is confusing, as the cursor
vanishes, leaving me wondering what happened to it.
In contrast, Word 98 does not find deleted text when deletions are
