The Date-time box gives many other formats but not this.

I am unsuccesffuly trying to copy a multipage PDF file into Word.  The PDF
file is mixed text and pictures.  If I just use copy after selecting all, it
just copies the text.  If I use insert picture, it just copies the first

I've been using MS Word for Mac since 2003. It as worked
well. But recently I've be getting spinning beach balls
, hanging, force quit etc.
It is very frustrating.

When I change a font or bold, MS Word changes the WHOLE
document. Then I have to undo to get it corrected.
What¹s the fix for this?

A document created (by someone else) in MS Word for the PC (Windows) with
our company logo embedded in it caused our client MS WORD (PC) to crash when
attempting to open it.  I can open the document with the logo in Mac Word
2004 - but the logo area is all black -- transparency set ...

Can anyone tell me where the temporary file created when you open a
document in Word is stored on the Mac and how to find it?  On the PC
it's easy - you get a hidden file in the same folder as the original
file but the first two characters of the filename are changed to ~$.

I am using office x with os x 10.4.6
I recall in the past that i had spanish language spelling in word.  but in
the past 2 months...i can't seem to get it to work.  was it included?  Did I
remove it?  Where can I get it to reinstall?

adobe).  We have several machines, and none have had problems with

I am using line numbering on a lengthy legal document, and want very
much to suppress numbering  on blank lines without having to select
each and every one of the blank lines, and then suppress line numbering
