I am stationed in Iraq and have to print Arabic documents created in
Word.  When I open the files on my Mac, the Arabic fonts change from
initial, medial, final forms to the isolated form changing the meaning
of the translation.

Is it possible to page up/down per screen of text (using the keyboard)
in the Page Layout view? It works as expected in Normal view.

How do I set up a document in word so that I may enter data on blank lines,
then print ONLY that data.  I want to feed a printed document with blank
lines through a laser jet and have the blank lines filled in with what I type.
