I am stationed in Iraq and have to print Arabic documents created in Word. When I open the files on my Mac, the Arabic fonts change from initial, medial, final forms to the isolated form changing the meaning of the translation.

How do I set up a document in word so that I may enter data on blank lines, then print ONLY that data. I want to feed a printed document with blank lines through a laser jet and have the blank lines filled in with what I type.

I prefer to have Two Spaces add the end of each sentence (that is the way I learned to type and prefer the look to a single space). When pasting text, Word 2004 will change Two Spaces to One Space after the period.

I know there has been a thread about this before, but I didn't see a resolution to the problem. My problem is that PC users send me Word documents that have PDF files in them and I need to get them extracted somehow.

I have about a 100-page Word document I'm trying to output as a post script (.ps) file so that I can distill it into a PDF. Every time I do so, it breaks the resulting post script into three different files. The first one always cuts off at p. 78, then I get two smaller ones.
