I understand that if I have more than one template in the Word Startup folder, that they are loaded in reverse alphabetical order (Z --> A). Is the Normal template always loaded first by Word, before any global templates in the Startup folder are loaded?

In Cocoa apps and most Carbon apps as well, command + forward delete deletes the word following the insertion point. In Word, this does nothing. Is there a way to assign this key to a shortcut to delete the word following the insertion point?

I need to be able to insert powerpoint graphics into word documents that retain their powerpoint information and can be edited with powerpoint. Although it was clumsy I was able to do this in my last version of office. I upgraded and appear to have lost this ability.
