After I create a pivot table I want to copy the data to another sheet. That
part is easy but how do i fill in the data that is displayed as a blank? For
example the pivot sheet result looks like

I suddenly experience problems opening documents written either in Word 98
or 2004. Some only show hyphens or other characters like ", ' and - instead
of the text. I reinstalled Word 2004 and made the latest update, but it did
not help. Interestingly, some documents open normaly ...

I'm setting up templates for a client, and I've changed the default
font, the Normal style in the document, and in the Normal template.
However, when I start typing in a document, even though the style name
is correct, it always defaults back to Times. If I select the text and

All the even pages needs to have a different margins as compared to the odd

what is the shortcut to change bold letters to not bold?
as of now i have to go to the formatting pallette and click on B to
uncheck or check the B(bold) sign inorder to get bold or not bold.

I am preparing a preprint for an IEEE conference using Word 2004
(version 11.2) on a Mac G5. I have plots (line art) in EPS format from
Adobe Illustrator that I want to use. When I import the EPS file into
Word, although a blurry bit-mapped image appears on the display, the

When I go to File Open or Command O to open a file, the resulting dialogue
box showing my files is so large it goes beyond the bounds of the screen and
the cancel and open buttons are barely able to be seen (just the top edge).
I cannot get to the resize tab in the lower right ...

I can't activate my Custom Dictionary. I check the box next to it in
the Dictionaries window, I click OK, and nothing happens. I still can't
add words during a spell check. I've tried setting the language to
"English US," and I've tried setting the language to "None." Every time

Hi, I have documents that have been formatted using custom style
sheets. These need to be changed to a new set - like for like. I have
looked in 'find and replace' and see you can select style as part of
the critieria for searching but how can I change just the style sheets

Word 2004 Mac: In outline mode: Outline toolbar disappears, document page
size readjusts, then toolbar reappears, page document window readjusts...
keeps repeating this process...any thoughts what is going on here?
