I am writing in a word document about Health Savings Accounts. When I use the abbreviation 'HSA' then Word keeps changing it to 'HAS'. I have selected 'ignore words in uppercase' in the spelling preferences panel. How can I stop this? It's incredibly annoying to override this

We recently migrated from a Novell to a Windows 2003 server and all of the files (primarily Word and PowerPoint files) copied to the directories that do not have extensions (as they were created by Mac users) lost their associations.

There are a few tasks I usually perform repetitively in Word to the point that it got me thinking about transforming them into Macros. I looked at the help in Word and was guided to the Macro option under the tools menu but I can't find a Macro there.

While this has long been a problem with Word, my current version is 2004 for Mac. Sometimes when I use the format painter or style pull-down menu, Word will suddenly change the style's indentation and tabs. That is, Word automatically makes an unrequested style edit.
