After upgrading computers from Mac OS X 10.3.9 to 10.4.1, I have been repeatedly receiving errors when saving Word documents to a network volume from Word 2004 version 11.1.1. When a document is saved directly to the network volume, we receive the error:

I am not good at Word (v. X on Panther). I am trying to find a way to create a list of all the words in a file (15,000 words, say) and to collate them so that there are no repetitions. Ordinarily, this is called creating a word list. Ordinarily, it would be done with a macro.

I am using EndNote 7 together with Word on a Mac. I know this is not an EndNote newsgroup but I just couldn't find any NG or forum on the Web for EndNote. Or can you point me to one? The EndNote support couldn't help me either. Since several questions about EndNote have already been

We just migrated our most of our Type 1 fonts to the new OpenType standard, by replacing our Adobe Type 1 fonts with their OpenType equivalents with Adobe¹s Font Folio (at quite a cost). However, when I launched Word, I found that not all of my OpenType faces were displayed (and ...
