Just installed Office 2004 and had the program install all the updates. Whenever I try to print a ranges of pages from a long document, it won't print those ranges of pages. Instead it prints all the pages in the document.

Is there any way to get comments to print as part of the document when they're not in balloon form. I see the choice "Document with Markup" in the Microsoft Word section of the Print dialog box, but that seems to only print the document itself.
