I have Macbook Tiger (10.4) and when i try to download WMP 9 from the
Microsoft site, it downloads in a stuffit , but shows on my desktop as a
quicktime movie. Quicktime won't open it because it is "not a movie file"
What should i do?

I just upgraded to Windows Vista and now when I try to watch a .mpeg, .wmv,
.jpg the computer asks if I want to download the file first. With XP, when I
clicked on the video file - it would automatically play from the source. How
can I set Vista (Windows Media Player) to autoplay ...

When I've added music to my hard-drive and open WMP it wont add the files to
the library automatically!! And when I try to add them manually that freezes
about 1/4 of the way. I can only add them, if I play them first. Can someone
help me with this please?

I have just downloaded WMP11 and attempted to view a video file with .avi
extension. When the video launches, the image is upside down and backwards,
the audio is fine. What could be the reason for this? Any and all help is
sincerely appreciated. Thanks!

I installed WMP for Mac in my new iMac. When I go to play sarandi.asx.asf
nothing happens. It just says
"connecting" and nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?
