I install the WMP11 ever since been having problems. My music files are
somehow deleted when i upgraded and all my music is gone. But the say its
better i should have stayed with WMP10. But its funny because my music comes
up but wont play but a error message keeps popping up ...

I've read through the forums and it looks like flip4mac is the only option
to get windows media video to work on intel macs. Unfortunately from looking
at the help section on www.wtkr.com, flip4mac does not work with their
streaming windows media video.

For most files, WMP does fine with sound.  But for others, I get no sound.
I have verified that others can hear these files, but I can't.  Sorry for
posting on the mac group - couldn't find out for Windoze. (W2000, MP ver
9.0)

When playing Cd's Mdeia player freezes after first 4 tracks on it, any  track
after #4 freezes it too.and I have to close and reopen.  This is not music
downloaded off internet, but personal Cd's.  I've tried to locate version,
but couldn't find it.  It came with Windows XP Home. ...

I have a eMac desktop 1 Ghz PowerPC G4 running OS10.2.8.  .  I was not able
to play video attachments sent via e_mail.  I downloaded Windows Media Player
9 for Mac, however I still get the same message as before:
"Windows Media Player cannot play this file, because the Player does ...

I am not very computer savvy, but having my first problem with Windows Media
Player - 9.  Tried to play a DVD and I keep getting "error performing inpage
operations".  Clicked on "web help", but not luck.  I have absolutely no idea
what this means - what can I do to fix it???    ...

Does the WMP 9.0 for Mac have the ability to change the rate of the
audio.  In WMP 9.0+ for Windows this feature is available.  Can anyone
confirm or deny this?  Thanks

this error occurs every time i play music and when i play videos i can't see
any  images.
how can i fix this problem?

I have a 400hz PCPower iMac and am running OS X 10.3.9.
I installed Windows Media Player 9.0 for Mac and now I can't throw the
thing away.  Can not delete from my drive.  Want it gone!  HELP!!!!

I have purchased and downloaded an album (from a reputable record label)  in
lossless wma format. When I try to play any of the tracks I get no error
message but the sound is just crackles and pops. I have reinstalled wmp11 but
problem persists.
