Last night I was trying to update media information of my mp3s and since I am
doing it manually, I wanted to try to do "automatically retrieve media
information when online". To my surprise, from the menu bar, when I clicked
on Tools > Options or Library > More Options the dialog ...

On closing Media player 11 I had a message on screen saying "cancelling the
download rights for media player"
What does this mean?
As far as I know I havn't done anything wrong.

After ripping music onto media player 11. I closed the application.
I then got a message on screen saying "Cancelling of the download
subscription rights".
Can anybody tell me what this means.

I'm trying to download Windows Media Player 9 for Mac OSX as directed by the
Apple /Microsoft sites and I am not getting any install icon - all I get is a
blank Windows Media.sitx icon? If I try and stuffit I'm told the 'file does
not appear to be compressed or encoded.. contact ...

Since upgrading my computer and getting Media Player 9 all my old demos have
become useless because the new Media Player automatically rewinds at the end
of the movie file and I need it to stop on the last frame as it used to.  The
Rewind option is NOT set.

Why did they stop working on WMP &V PC?

Hi, I'm running out of things to try now and hope someone can give some help..

I can't seem to get NTLM authentication to work on a mac.  I've
downloaded Windows Media Components for Quicktime and even Windows Media
Player 9 for Mac.  Nothing seems to get around this issue.  Is there a
way to use a difference type of authentication (secure, not clear text)
