anytime i try to view a video in windows media player series 9 for mac osx,
on the top of the screen says trial version and wont play the whole video.  
it stops mid way and freezes.  how to i fix this or download something other
than the download off of your website.  please ...

My question is how to play wm files in server  that require user and a pass
to connect in windows appear a pop-up dialog where you can put your name and

WMP unstuffs and downloads fine. It will not respond to opening. I have read
other messages regarding this. But how can you delete a preference file for
WMP if it will not respond and open.

I've installed, uninstalled and reinstalled WMP 7.1 on my G4 (sytesm 9.1)
four times. It won't do squat. I get the same message over and over, (Server
cannot complete the invalid request) when I try to download a wmv file.
Anybody have an answer?

Ever since Mac OS X 10.3.x, my WMP 9.0 doesn't work. I have reinstalled
several time, but to no avail. Not even the demo will play. 'Stream not
found.' For other streamed content, WMP just sits there, no error message or
anything.

I can't seem to find where I can create a library of music.  I can open a WMA
file one by one and play them, but not a library of songs to play all at
once.  Any ideas?

I am trying to get an embeded WMP player to support ScriptCommand on a MAC.
I have tested under Safari as well as FireFox and IE, and can't seem to get
this to work. Has anyone out there been able to get ScriptCommands (URL

Message I get is "file not found."  I have the latest version of WMP
installed. Using a PowerBook G4 and OS10.3.9.  Safari as browser
(Explorer no better).  Can't seem to play any of these files.  What's

Everytime I attempt to install media player it says that no software can be
found to open it with. Shouldn't it just install? Why is it so hard to get

It's obvious from the many, many posts, (including mine) that there is
something seriously wrong with WMP for Mac, and someone at Microsuck
needs to get on it and fix the d@mn problem!!
My iBook is 2 months old, and I haven't had any unfixable problems with
