I'm being prompted that the serial number for one copy of VPC is in use by another machine on the network. We have 10 unique licenses and I've tracked where they all are. There are no rogue copies out there (I checked).

Howdy: I am running 10.4 on a G4 laptop with a new copy of VP7.0.2. It is networked to a PC desktop and laptop. The PC desktop and laptop mount onto the G4 just fine.

I have VirtualPC 7.0.2. - upgraded last year from version 6. I noticed in my computer's Documents folder a folder called Virtual PC List. In there, there are two nearly identical files called "Windows XP Professional" - both very large (6 GB and 3 GB).

Is it possible to upgrade Windows from within Virtual PC? I just purchased VPC 7, expecting to load XP, forgetting that my XP disc is the upgrade disc rather than the full-install. Of course I have Win-ME - can I use that and then upgrade my Mac to XP? If so, how

My machine: ibook/g4/1ghz/768mb/30hd When I put a 2.0 usb in it states that it's in a 1.1 usb hub and tells me that it need an upgrade. Both usb's on my ibook allow 1.1 and 2.0 usb. I'm not sure haw I would upgrade it ether.

from wat i have been reading it seems that from the old 6.1 that it still didnt alow 3D grahpics , but only 2D , and as i am hoping that they have fixed this problem in the 7 version, is this true or am i dreaming :P

Had to trash a corrupted VPC 7.0.1 disk image (with Win XP Pro as OS after it was recently "updated" by McAfee) and was able to restore the entire image from a back-up. The restored disk works perfectly, but can only be accessed from the File-Open command as it does not appear in
