When Windows finally starts up, which seems to take forever, there is no Start menu on the bottom, so I can't do anything. Also, when I download a PC program, I can't open it in Windows to install it.

Internet Explorer 7 beta 3 crashes upon opening on my G4 running Virtual PC 6. There is no error message. I had no trouble with beta 2. I don't know enough about Windows systems to start looking for a solution by myself. Could someone point me in the right direction?

How can I get this to show up as a serial device under com 1 or 2 in Virtual PC 6 ? I'm using OS X 10.4.6. It shows up as a USB device under settings but I just can't get it to show up as a selection of the mac serial port under com 1 or 2 ?? would love to get this working. can

Sometimes I automatically hit "Select-All" (or, rather, Command-A) and, rather than sending a Windows-equivalent command, the VPC window is selected--i.e., ant tracks around the edge. There doesn't seem to be an obvious way to undo this. Is there a way?

I'm running a Windows 2000 environment on Virtual PC 7 for Mac. What I would like to do is print to PDF from within Windows using the OS X PDF printing capability. The PDF file can go to the Mac or PC. Is this possible?

I've been hearing rumors since 2004 (claiming the release to be in early 2005) of native graphics card support being released on a future version of VPC, yet have not heard anything since then. Did Microsoft decide not to go through with it, or what?

Before defragmenting, my VM (VPC 7.0.2, OS 10.4.7, G4 Ti 667 1 GB) was 2.7 GB. Now it's 4.77 GB. Would compacting the data do any good? If so, how do I do it? Thank you,
