Upon attempting to attach a file (excel), I get: Virtual PC has encountered an error while copying files. An unknown error has occurred (10). It seems as if VPC does not allow Outlook to directly access the Mac HD.

I purchased vpc7 upgrade, installed it, ran it a couple of times with windows 98, then attempted to upgrade to windowsXPpro. In the process, which I have repeated many times, in different variations, my WindowsOS has become corrupted. Some files are missing.

When I install Windows NT 4.0 (Server & Workstation), I chosen to use the 3 floppies at reboot. But after specifying the mass storage device, the computer stops with "Please wait..." below. Then my computer reboots itself!!!!

I have been trying (unsuccessfully, so far) to create a new virtual machine (a PC) in a new user account in my iMac. I have the original VPC5 CDs (i.e. a VPC5 installer disk, plus a Win2000 disk), and the original upgrade CD for VPC6.
