I have Windows XP running on Virtual PC 7.0.2. My Mac OS is OS-X
10.3.9. I simply cannot seem to connect to my HP Deskjet 5740 from VPC
programs, e.g. Quicken, but can easily connect from normal Mac
programs. Appreciate help here.

I have a USB floppy drive what I would like to do is use Disk Utility to
create .dmg files.  This I can do.  But VPC does not seem to allow opening

Running the latest updated Virtual PC for Mac edition on a Mac equipped with
512MB RAM, I noticed some strange behaviour of the operating systems
installed.

I've just installed VPC 7.02 on 10.4.6 (with no problems despite previous
posts - the readme file actually said *not* to restart during installation),
and I have a few questions after using it for a few days. Sorry if they've
been asked before.

Hello all, I am stumped by this problem:

Vpc7 seems to load, goes through the installation process up till the
computer is restarted, then I get a message-

Hi ... am new to MAC and new to VPC. Just bought VPC 7 and started to
install it. After the first reboot, when it shoudl have led me to
configure VPC, i get following message "permnissions for the support
files were set correctly, but virtual switch failed to load. please

I'm not sure with which upgrade I lost my connection.  It used to run
fine.  I'm running OS 10.4.6 and VPC 7.02 with Windows XP Pro on a G5
iMac.  When troubleshooting I find a blank window in the Network
Connections control panel and no Network Adapter listed in the Device

I am a new Mac user and recently bought a new macbook with the Intel
Core Duo, I tried to install Virtual PC onto my computer and after the
initial restart an alert appeared saying that the program unexpectedly
