When i setup windows on my virtual PC it doesn't find the netowkr
driver.  So i ried installing the additions but that didn't help.  the
ethernet controller cannot be found and the driver never loaded.  i
even tried manually by adding the disk to VPC and accessing the driver

How can I prevent VPC6 from freezing up.
I have been running VPC 6 relatively trouble free for several years.
