After finally getting Fedora Core 3 installed on VPC 7, I am lef without the ability to get on the internet... Argh! Anyone hav instructions on getting ethernet set up in FC3? modprobe tulip doe nothing. Thanks in advance

Now that the federal government is moving toward online grant applications via Grants.gov, we Mac users have to either find someone with a Windows box (and learn how to use it) or figure out how to use VPC and Windows on our own machines to participate.

My G5 running 10.4.2 just stalled out while running virtual PC. I was trying to print a FedEx label online and it crashed.I had to restart and this is the message I got. Any clue on what this means? How can I fix it? Please help!

When I COPY text in my VPC session, I can not PASTE it in any OSX edit field. Do I need to set a setting somewhere or is this not possible?

When I open Virtual PC from a non-administrator user account, it tells me that I need to log in as an administrator to finish installation and will not let me use the program. If I log in as an administrator, I can use it with no problems, but still cannot use it as another user.

I'm running VPC 7 on a G5 Desktop, with 4 GB of RAM, yet the speed of the emulation so slow that it is almost unusable. I've gone into the Windows XP settings, and selected everything to maximize performance, limited start-up services, etc. but to no avail.

My employer uses .NET as a database management program and I'm attempting to load it onto my powerbook in Virtual PC7. Whenever I try and load it I get an error message before the install can start. I'm running OSX 10.3.9 on a powerbook 133 ghz with 1.25 gig of ram
