Grants.gov & PureEdge Software = Mac + VPC + Questions17 Aug 2005 00:09 GMT2
Now that the federal government is moving toward online grant
applications via Grants.gov, we Mac users have to either find someone
with a Windows box (and learn how to use it) or figure out how to use
VPC and Windows on our own machines to participate.

Installing Windows 98SE with Virtual PC 7.0.215 Aug 2005 01:17 GMT2
Hello VPC Members
I have just installed VPC and then the 7.0.2 update. The Windows XP is

Non-administrative users can't use VPC14 Aug 2005 20:06 GMT4
When I open Virtual PC from a non-administrator user account, it tells
me that I need to log in as an administrator to finish installation and
will not let me use the program. If I log in as an administrator, I can
use it with no problems, but still cannot use it as another user.

Windows XP settings, and selected everything to maximize performance,
limited start-up services, etc. but to no avail.
