Has anyone tried to upgrade to tger after doing the VPC 7.02 upgrade on
the MAC OS 10.3.9? I waited for this patch before migrating to
tiger...and based upon htis forum prbms etc....wondering if it's safe
to upgrade now.

i have a power mac g4 with 1.5 gb memory, 80 gb hard drive and 533
mhz. i installed virtual pc 7 a few days ago and whaooo does it run
slow, im on dsl and for my mac its fats as hell, but when i go to
virtual 7 its a joke, i mean its worse than web tv dial-up.

Manny thanks to Robert Carroll for fixing my problem. It seems to be a MTU
problem which when I followed his instructions it now works great.

I have a windows program with document ready to print... Windows X-P
sees my USB printer through VPC... when I print the document... the
lights on printer react, but then I see where the printed document
still stays in "print que"...

I have delorme street atlas 2004.  The program itself works fine. but
the GPS unit "the delorme earthmate" does not.  When you plug it in the
light on it does it's start up flash as usual. and if you go to usb
setting it shows up as "delorme USB earthmate"   i check the box to

I'm trying to use a BlackBerry 6280 with VPC 7.01, XP professional and
Tiger 10.4.1 but the BlackBerry  desktop software doesn't see he device
in the USB port (although the virtual machne does).
I can sync to Entourage 2004 with Pocket Mac but I'm using Outlook 2000

I am starting XP pro, but the progress bar just keeps running, and then the
PC restarts by itself, and the progress bar keeps running - well, you get the
picture. TIA for any advice.

I am hoping that this program will let me download  (pc only) info from
a website into a PC external floppy drive attached through a USB port
on my mac.  Will it?  I have a 1.8 ghz dual processor powerpc G5 with

After I updated from 7.0.1 to 7.0.2 on 10.3.9 the following reboot
failed at the blue screeen (after the apple and rotating dashes).
Suspecting it was a kernal extension, I did a safe boot successfully
and removed the "virtualpcservices..." (or something like that)

I don't know if this is going to make sense but here goes.
My best working VPC container has its 'disk' external i.e. As a separate
file.
It happened when I was trying to compact it some time ago.

I am trying to setup virtual pc to use dual monitors on my powerbook.  
I am using Windows XP, and virtual pc 7.  Is this even possible?  I am
familiar with using dual monitors with a Windows machine, but options
seem to be missing in virtual pc.

I'm using Win 2K in VPC 7.0.1 and Tiger 10.4.1
I have it set to Shared Networking but the darn thing just will not
access my internet connection through my Mac. I checked the firewall on
my Mac is turned off and it gives me a message telling me that other
